Plain terms for teamlattice.ai, Lattice Personal and Lattice One.
These terms cover your use of teamlattice.ai and the apps Lattice Personal and Lattice One (“the Services”) from Lattice AI Partners (“Lattice”, “we”). By using them you agree to these terms. Client work under a signed agreement follows that agreement where it differs.
You are responsible for the accounts you connect (Google, Messages, AI providers) and for keeping your Mac and sign-ins secure. You may only connect accounts you are allowed to use.
Your use of Google services through the apps also follows Google’s terms. AI providers you connect with your own key or account bill you directly and their terms apply.
Your mail, files, messages and chats stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
The apps send email or texts, reply to invites, or change files only when you press the button to do so. You are responsible for what you send.
Paid plans renew until cancelled and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
The Mac apps update themselves when a new version is published. We may change or end features; for paid plans we will give notice of meaningful changes.
The Services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, Lattice is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before it.
You can stop using the Services and delete the apps at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
