Privacy Policy

For guided jobs, we save your source image, design brief or property address and the resulting output in private Lattice storage. The AI or property-data providers process the input needed for the job. Do not upload confidential material. DraftLight jobs belong to your signed-in account; guest Parcel jobs use a browser cookie to limit access.

Stripe handles card details and recurring subscription billing. We retain job and payment identifiers, offer amounts, subscription status and concept usage to fulfill purchases and prevent duplicate runs. Payment metadata contains job or account identifiers, not your image, brief or property address.

You can delete a completed job’s source and output copies from Lattice job storage on its job page. This does not remove provider records or the separate Parcel analysis opened through the full-review link; that link grants access to anyone who has it. Parcel’s own privacy terms govern that analysis. We retain minimal payment and usage records. Clearing cookies can remove access to guest Parcel jobs; download the result before doing so. Canceling DraftLight renewal changes future billing and does not delete saved files.

The browser assistant at /app is available today. The connected One desktop hub is in development. Google sign-in in the web assistant requests identity and email only; it does not connect your mailbox, calendar or Drive.

Visitor chats exist in the current page and are lost on reload, navigation or a new chat. Signed-in conversations are saved in your account. Export the current chat from the sidebar. Projects, extracted project-file text, About you and Memory use browser storage when account storage is unavailable; otherwise projects and memory use your account. Browser data stays until you clear site data or remove the entries. Turning memory off does not delete saved facts.

Chat photos (5 MB each) and PDFs (10 MB each) pass through Lattice servers to the answering AI provider. The application stores attachment names in history, not the original chat file bytes. Project files are different: extracted text is retained with the project until removed. There is no separate application page-count check; the answering provider may reject a PDF that exceeds its own limits. AI providers apply their own processing and retention terms. Do not upload sensitive documents unless you accept this handling. Infrastructure logs may retain request metadata; this is not a promise of zero retention by every service.

This policy covers Lattice AI Partners (“Lattice”, “we”), the website teamlattice.ai, and our apps Lattice Personal (a Mac app) and Lattice One (on the web at teamlattice.ai/app and as a Mac app).

Client projects we build under a separate agreement follow that agreement.

When you choose Sign in with Google in our apps, you grant access only to what the app uses:

• Gmail: to list, read, search, label and archive your mail, and to create drafts and send mail only when you press Send.
• Google Calendar: to show your events and, when you choose, to reply to invites or add events.
• Google Drive: to list, search and open your files.
• Your basic profile and email address, to show which account is connected.

In Lattice Personal and the Lattice One Mac app, the sign-in token is stored on your Mac, and requests go straight from your Mac to Google. Your mail, events and files are not copied to Lattice servers.

You can disconnect at any time from the app, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Lattice’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you see in the app. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train general AI models. People at Lattice do not read it, except with your permission for support, when needed for security or abuse investigations, or when the law requires it.

If you give Lattice Personal Full Disk Access, it reads the Messages history already on your Mac to show and search your texts, and it sends a text through the Messages app only when you press Send. This data stays on your Mac.

When you ask about an email, a text or a file, the app sends the text needed for that answer to the AI model you choose:

• a model running on your Mac (nothing leaves the device), or
• an AI provider using your own key or account (for example Anthropic, OpenRouter, Google AI Studio, or Claude Code signed in to your Claude account). That provider’s terms and privacy policy apply to those requests.

Lattice One on the web sends your chat messages to the AI provider that answers them, through our servers, and keeps your chat history in your account so you can come back to it. Ask us and we delete it.

• Account details: your name and email when you sign up, contact us or are invited. Email sign-in uses a salted password hash; we cannot view your password. Google sign-in remains available.
• Account and app activity: verification and recovery email requests, completed sign-ins and password resets, app usage counts and provider costs, job states and subscription status. Authorized Lattice staff can review these to support customers and operate the apps. This activity log does not include passwords, verification/reset links, chat prompts, uploaded files or property addresses.
• Install and update checks: when an app installs or checks for updates, our server sees the request time, IP address and app version.
• Billing: payments are handled by Stripe; we receive the status, not your card number.
• Website: standard server logs, and anything you type into a form on the site.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the services that run Lattice (hosting, email delivery, payments), under contracts that limit their use to providing the service, or when the law requires it.

Data on your Mac is yours: deleting the app and its folder removes it. To delete your Lattice account or anything we hold about you, email nick@teamlattice.ai and we will do it within 30 days.

Connections to Google, AI providers and our site use encryption in transit. Sign-in tokens are stored only where the app needs them. No system is perfect; tell us at once if you think something is wrong.

Our apps are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for meaningful changes, tell account holders. Questions: nick@teamlattice.ai · Lattice AI Partners, Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
