A matched property record, its assessment and available comparable-sale evidence. Get a saved property review and downloadable evidence data, with missing records and limitations kept visible.
How payment works
One address, one run; no subscription. Authorize the amount in Stripe first. We collect only after a supported over-assessment result is saved. Preliminary, no-case and failed runs release the card hold; your bank controls when it disappears.
Know the limits
Appeal filing, professional representation, an appraisal and guaranteed tax savings are not included. You verify the property match and decide the next step.

Start the process

Your address is
the first detail.

Prepare a property review, see the exact amount, then authorize the run. Verify the matched record before relying on the evidence.

  1. Enter the property
  2. Review & authorize
  3. Run & inspect the evidence

Read the record first

Evidence with its
limits attached.

A missing record is useful information. A preliminary result keeps the unknowns visible and withholds valuation and savings conclusions.

01

Start with the right property

Check the matched address, parcel ID and property class before relying on an assessment.

02

See the supporting records

Inspect comparable evidence and source dates. Unconfirmed transactions cannot support a valuation conclusion.

Parcel preliminary-result interface with a synthetic matched property record, missing comparable evidence and a tax-bill verification action
Actual interface, synthetic property. Address, parcel ID and $30,000 assessment are test values. Missing recorded sales keep this result preliminary: no fair-value conclusion, tax comparison or appeal report.

From an address
to a considered next step.

  1. 1

    Enter your address

Start with a supported Illinois residential property, including the unit when relevant.

  2. 2

    Verify the match

Review the property identity, assessment year, source and available sales. Have your current tax bill ready.

  3. 3

    Decide what to review

Resolve missing information, check the county’s current appeal rules and consult an adviser if needed.

A starting point for review. A human decision after it.

Parcel uses property records and third-party lookup services. Records can be incomplete or out of date. Your address, analysis and any uploaded bill may be processed or stored by Parcel and its providers. A check is not legal advice, an appraisal or a promise of savings. Verify deadlines and filing eligibility with your county.

Privacy and data handling

Before the check

No surprise commitment.

Prepare one residential property review, confirm its price and authorize your card before the run. We collect only when the saved result supports an over-assessment review. Preliminary results, no-case results and failed runs release the authorization. Your bank controls when a released hold disappears. Nothing is filed automatically.

Inquire about a property review

Before you check your property.

Does my county qualify?

The supported county list appears above the address field. Coverage does not mean every property type or record can be analyzed. Unsupported or ambiguous properties cannot receive a residential valuation.

Is this legal advice?

No. Parcel helps organize evidence for review. A qualified professional and the county’s current rules determine the appropriate next step.

How reliable is the estimate?

It depends on a verified property match, assessment and sufficient recorded sales. When those checks fail, Parcel withholds value and savings conclusions. Even a supported estimate requires human review.

Do I need my tax bill?

You can start with an address. Have your current bill ready to verify assessment details. A bill alone cannot replace missing comparable-sale evidence.

What happens after the check?

Review the record and any missing evidence in Parcel. Supported results may offer further review tools; preliminary results cannot produce an appeal-grade report. Nothing is filed with a county automatically.
